7th International Craft Awards 2023 – Bharat
In the winter of 2023 I had the privilege of being the first European to be awarded the Dr. Ghada Hijjawi-Qaddumi Honorary Award for Excellence, an award that represents an honorary tribute because apart from the profound work that the Dr. Ghada Hijjawi-Qaddumi did for the craft, art and museums in which she is involved. Death came to her as the president of WCC-AISBL (International).
This prize is awarded within the framework of theInternational Crafts Awards which is celebrated at the end of theIndian Craft Weekin New Delhi.
